ExamPass for Economics departments.
One place for your Cambridge Economics students to learn each topic, practise on real past-paper questions and get feedback on their writing, from IGCSE through to A Level.
Built by a practising Cambridge Economics teacher with more than a decade in the classroom and experience as a Cambridge examiner.
What your students get
A course for every level
Structured courses for IGCSE 0455 (36 lessons), AS Level (29) and A Level (24), following the syllabus in order. Each lesson brings together the study note, key terms, diagram practice and questions for that point.
Past-paper practice, mapped to the syllabus
More than 3,600 Cambridge past-paper questions, each matched to the syllabus point it tests. On every multiple-choice question, all four options are explained, so students learn why the wrong answers are wrong.
Feedback on written answers
IGCSE Paper 2 structured answers and A Level essays are marked by AI against the mark scheme, with strengths and next steps spelled out. It gives students far more feedback on their writing than a teacher alone can mark.
Notes written for three levels at once
Study notes written from the syllabus, not copied from revision guides. One note serves IGCSE, AS and A Level, showing each student the depth their exam expects, with an option to go deeper.
Analysis and evaluation practice
The analysis trainer turns the chains of reasoning in the notes into practice: students put the steps in order, then write the chain and have it marked. Evaluation blocks and essay plans model weighing points, not listing them.
Key terms, diagrams and flashcards
A bank of more than 130 definitions written to the standard examiners reward, more than 100 interactive diagram tasks, and flashcards organised by topic.
How teachers use it
ExamPass is designed to sit alongside your teaching, not replace it. These are the ways it fits into a normal week.
Before you teach a topic
Set the course lesson as preparation, so students arrive knowing the key terms and the basic diagram, and lesson time goes on analysis and application.
As a starter or plenary
Put a diagram task or an analysis chain on the board and ask the class to build it. Every lesson, note, chain and diagram has its own link.
For homework
Set topic practice from the question bank, or a written question for AI feedback, and spend your own marking time where it matters most.
In the run-up to exams
Students work through full past papers in exam mode, then use their weakest topics to decide what to revise, with a direct route to the note and questions for each one.
What students can use for free
Every course lesson, with its study note, key terms and diagram practice, is free with an account, along with a complete AS sample paper, selected IGCSE samples and the analysis trainer. Students can start today at no cost.
The full past-paper library will be available on the Student plan at £6 a month. Paid plans are not open yet.
Teacher accounts are in pilot
We are piloting teacher accounts with a small number of schools, including class progress reporting so you can see which topics your group finds hardest. These features are not yet generally available, and we will confirm exactly what is included before any quote.
If you would like to take part, or to discuss access for a whole department, get in touch. There is no cost to enquire.
A note on AI marking
AI feedback is a revision aid, not an official mark, and it can be wrong. It is most useful for giving students more practice writing, with quick feedback, between the pieces you mark yourself.
