Using ExamPass.

1. The service

ExamPass provides independent economics revision materials, interactive practice, progress tracking and AI-assisted feedback. It is an educational aid, not an examination board, school, tutor, or guarantee of an examination result.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Accounts are for the registered user and may not be resold or shared publicly.

3. Students under 18

If you are not legally able to agree to these terms yourself, a parent, guardian, school, or other authorised adult must agree on your behalf.

4. Revision content and AI feedback

AI-assisted marks and comments are revision estimates. They are not official Cambridge marks and may be incomplete or incorrect. Students should compare feedback with the published mark scheme and seek a teacher’s judgement for important decisions.

5. Subscriptions

Prices and billing periods are shown before checkout. A monthly subscription renews until cancelled. You may cancel through Billing before the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Any mandatory cancellation or refund rights under applicable consumer law still apply.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the service for personal study or authorised teaching. You must not scrape or redistribute the question bank, bypass access controls, upload content you are not allowed to use, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.

7. Intellectual property and examination-board names

ExamPass software, original explanations and site design remain protected content. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Cambridge names and syllabus codes are used only to identify the relevant qualifications; ExamPass is independent and is not endorsed by Cambridge.

8. Availability and changes

We may correct questions, withdraw material that is inaccurate or no longer licensed, and carry out maintenance. We will make reasonable efforts to keep paid features available and to communicate material subscription changes.

9. Responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, ExamPass is not responsible for examination results or indirect loss caused by relying solely on revision estimates.
